For shits and giggles. Left: before India. Right: after India. 30 days of bad carbs, not too bad because I was training everyday, but I don’t have those 3D abs anymore lol. I give it 2wks, I’m determined and I’m supposed to have a shoot next weekend….so yeaaa…challenge accepted.
@mishkadawn: 127.0 this morning. No idea how I dropped back down so quick, but not complaining! I even had two mini snickerdoodle cookies and peanut butter yesterday. Of course it fit my macros 😜 I am now only 1lb from my goal and 2lbs from my prep low from 5 weeks ago- and still enjoying life, not killing myself, and the only cardio I have been doing is walking in the park with my hubbie and a few HIIT sessions a week. I’ve never been able to maintain leanness like this post prep, but it’s truthfully about finding balance 👊💪💞 (oh and because it never fails- im 5’7”)
